FACE CLAIM: character's face claim
APPEARANCE: Appearance should be about a paragraph explaining the character's looks. Things you can talk about are hair, eyes, height, weight, body structure, facial features, etc. Please note that we will not allow unusual color eyes, or little things like tattoos for minors unless they are explained why they have them.


PERSONALITY: The personality section here should be at least four paragraphs long, and can talk about a range of things. Some suggestions include how your character views others or is viewed by others, their likes, dislikes, strengths and weaknesses, habits or mannerisms, their outlook on the world or even personality traits.

BOGGART: what is your character's biggest fear? what would your character's boggart take the form of?
DEMENTOR: what is your character's worst memory?
PATRONUS: what is your character's best memory? also include if your character can or cannot cast the patronus, and what their patronus would be / is.
ERISED: what is your character's deepest desire? why?
AMORMENTIA: if your character smelled the most powerful love potion in the wizarding world, what would they smell?
VERITASERUM: what is your character's deepest secret?


SCHOOL: what is the school attending?
HOUSE: what is the character's house (or former house)? Leave blank for admin to decide
YEAR: if not graduated, what year is your student in?
NEWTS: if your character has graduated, what are their NEWTs? You can also include the NEWTs seventh years are studying to take.

HISTORY: Your history should be at least four paragraphs long and include any pertiant details about your character's life, from birth up to now. We're not looking for everything that they have done up until this point, but life changing events should definitely be noted. Good things to add include how the parents met, the character's childhood, first signs of magic, when they arrived at school, etc.
