ADMINISTRATION TEAMS
Here on TP, we've decided to create a set of teams that act like staff that help run our welcoming website! Teams are groups of members who are active, friendly and excited about what we have in store for TP! Teams are set up in three different sectors: Staff Teams, School Teams, and Mini Teams.
STAFF TEAMS
ADMINISTRATOR: Members of the administration team help run the whole website, between the NPCs played, the changing of coding, and even creating badges and awards. They are the highest up on the staffing chain, and often are the ones who make the final decisions.
HEAD MODERATOR: Head Moderators are a step up from moderators, and help out around all of the forum, instead of just one or two sections. Head moderators are trusted and hard working, and often have a small group of moderators and baby moderators to guide and take care of.
MODERATOR: Moderators often have several sections, anywhere between one and three, of the website to focus on moderating, and are often semi-established members of the roleplay. They are guided by Head Moderators, for the most part, but also are assigned a baby moderator to help get them going. Once a member graduates from baby moderator, they are assigned a school team.
BABY MODERATOR: Baby moderators are the least powerful of the staff team. They are often new and untrained moderators who have the basics of being able to run the website. Typically, baby moderators only have one or two smaller sections to moderate, and are expected to show their own work by helping out around the forums. Baby moderators are often the group new members of the Mini Teams are assigned into.
SCHOOL TEAMS
BEAUXBATONS TEAM: The Beauxbatons Team are members who help plot, discuss and decide on the future of Beauxbatons. They are headed by the Beauxbatons head, and they generally moderate the Beauxbatons boards, and the boards related to the countries of acceptance.
DURMSTRANG TEAM: The Durmstrang Team are members who help plot, discuss and decide on the future of Durmstrang They are headed by the Durmstrang head, and they generally moderate the Durmstrang boards, and the boards related to the countries of acceptance.
FACILITY TEAM: The Facility Team are members who help plot, discuss and decide on the future of Facility. They are headed by the Facility head, and they generally moderate the Facility boards. Facility Team members also sometimes get to initiate The Island scenes with people.
HOGWARTS TEAM: The Hogwarts Team are members who help plot, discuss and decide on the future of Hogwarts. They are headed by the Hogwarts team, and they generally moderate the Hogwarts boards, and the boards related to the countries of acceptance.
ILVERMORNY TEAM: The Ilvermorny Team are members who help plot, discuss and decide on the future of Ilvermorny. They are headed by the Ilvermorny team, and they generally moderate the Ilvermorny boards, and the boards related to the countries of acceptance.
MINI TEAMS:
PLOT TEAM: Members of the Plot team help enhance TP by bringing up new and exciting plots that can happen at not only each of the schools, but world wide as well. They are often the ones who decide what's going to happen next on the website.
MEMBER TEAM: Members of this team work alongside the administration staff to ensure all members of the website are treated fairly and equally. Think of these guys as the public relations of the staff team.
SPORTS TEAM: Members of the Sports Team help coordinate, run, plan and establish TP's extensive lore on all the sports -- including, but not limited to, professional quidditch and quodpod games, school-specific pick up matches, and school related main matches.
