The Call of the Courts

It has been 5 years past since the Court of Shadows, our former allies, was consumed by dark magic. The peace between the remaining four courts is uneasy. The Court of the Mist and the Court of the Wolves remain at odds, despite our, the Court of Blossom’s allegiance with both sides. The Court of Exiles still roam between our land, never settling. Their ways are foreign to us and cause great tension between the great powers. Lesser courts, too, bring trouble and an uneasy peace has settled over the land. Our greatest concern is that the wise men warn us that something stirs in the Shadowlands. The dangers posed to us by the Shadowlands has been too great for us to see what is stirring. A large implosion of darkness consumed all that lay in its path. Rumour is that our allies, once a great nation, dabbled in a magic far beyond their means - a dark magic. Perhaps it is not the Court of Shadows that is to perish.
